3 night min stay $175 Per night
Weekly rate of $1200 Monthly rate$3,500 Rates + Utilities. ---- if reservation is made 3 months or more in advance a personal check can be sent.
Payment can be divided into 2 parts half with initial reservation and final payment 30 days or more before reservation check in date. (no cheks for final payment)
Cancelation Policy: applies to all rental periods.
Full refund if cancelation is 60 days or more from reservation date
Half refund if canceled 60 - 30 days before check in date..
